Tivimate is a popular IPTV player for streaming live TV and on-demand content. One of the key features of the app is its Electronic Program Guide (EPG) that allows users to easily navigate and find the content they want to watch. In this article, we will explain what an EPG is, how it works and how to use it within TiviMate.
What is an EPG?
An EPG, or Electronic Program Guide, is an on-screen guide that displays a list of the current and upcoming programming on a television channel or streaming service. EPGs typically show the program title, start and end time, and a brief summary of the content. They also allow users to browse and schedule recordings of their favorite shows. How EPG works in Tivimate
In Tivimate, the EPG is integrated with the app and is automatically populated with information about the channels you have added to your playlist. This information is usually provided by the IPTV provider and is updated regularly. The EPG in Tivimate can be accessed by selecting the “Guide” option from the main menu. Tivimate EPG Not Working
Tivimate EPG not working is a common issue that users may encounter while using the app. Most of the times, you will get errors like tivimate error code 403, tivimate epg no information, tivimate external player, tivimate error code 404 and tivimate error code 401. The EPG not working can be caused by a variety of factors, such as incorrect EPG URL, outdated EPG data, or a problem with the IPTV provider’s server. If you are experiencing this issue, it is recommended to first check that the EPG URL is correct and up-to-date.
You can also try reaching out to your IPTV provider to see if they are experiencing any technical difficulties. Additionally, clearing the cache and cookies of the Tivimate app can also help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to contact Tivimate’s support team for further assistance. Also checkout Tivimate Xtream Codes.

just installed tivimate and every channel from the apollo group says NO information.
Same here. Not one single channel plays.
Hi,
I’ve been using Tvimate for few years now and ran across a problem that can’t get corrected. My epg will not update, I’ve had this happen in the past and was able to correct by clearing cache and memory from nvidia shld but this time it’s not working. I’ve been in contact with my IPTV provider and they’re not experiencing any issues with epg. Was strange is this happen on both TV’s and I can’t correct the problem like I have in the past. The epg are successful updating and even shows how many channels but there no data being displayed on the epg guide.
Have you ran into any issues like this before or have any possible suggestions?
Would appreciate and feedback you might have.
Thanks,
Rick
That is also happening to me it’s the 4.7.0. TV mate new install still trying to learn how to fix it don’t know how.
same problem here. Thought Comcast might be blocking but seems others are having the same problem.
no information on channels
I’m having the same problem with Apollo iptv… I also subscribe to a 2nd provider which DOES SHOW the EPG info. I’ve tried contacting Apollo and haven’t gotten a word from them. Any ideas?
My tivimate shows iptv download but shows no groups connections or exp date.
Can anyone help please?
i had the same issue with my previous IPTV provider and when i switched into this new IPTV provider at iptvsup.com, all of sudden EPG started working again
No EPG information. Tried clearing as suggested. That does nothing. It’s obvious this app is flawed currently with the guide feature.
