On August 8, 2023 I ordered TiviMate Premium (TiviMate Companion), through Google Pay with order number GPA-3375-7590-6363-60079.
Since 2 weeks, I.do no longer see the EPGs. Do you why this is happening and can this be fixed?

We just purchased the Tivimate Companion Premium about an hour ago. We have the receipt from Paypal charging the $29.99. At first, we were getting email and password not valid.

Now we are logging in but we are getting the message “No Valid Order”. Yet I have the receipt where it was paid in Paypal.

I don’t want to pay for a second Premium but I also don’t want to cancel the first in case I do not get a refund.

Can you help?
