If you forgot your password and try to reset it following the given procedure, just wait upto 30 or more minutes to receive the password reset email. It happened to me… Luckily I was able to find my forgotten password somewhere I had it written. But wait for the email it will come even after trying multiple times they all come in but only the last one will be valid as each time a password reset is requested only the last one that comes will be valid.

In reply to Kurt Eder. Download the Tivimate Companion app, which lists all your activated devices. You can remove the old Firestick here, then activate the new one in the Tivimate menu on the new one

Hi,
I am unable to ‘unlock’ the premium version. Apparently my password is incorrect which I am sure is a system glitch. Anyhow, I sent numerous emails to reset my password and never got an email to reset my password. I am waiting for your response. Thanks.
